BE INTENTIONAL

Well MY LOVES here we are at the end of the 2022 annual race, no turning back no detours, the finishline is within sight. One of my mentors is a seasoned marathon runner. She often talks about how tough it gets midway and how successfully completing a race requires more mental focus than anything else. As she approaches the finishline she gets a sudden boost of energy to run as fast as she can -the last mile is her fastest and she feels amazing at the end. Let's look at the last month of 2022 with that same mindset-perhaps start implementing those resolutions now so we can finish strong and begin the new year with intention. Reach for more, aim higher and do that thing you've been procrastinating all year, clean out your closet, build new and helthier relationships, read more books-selfhelp and growth, be open-minded, stay connected to your inner self, de-stress and uninflate, eat less inflammatory foods, stop obsessing about weight, less jealously, uplift the people around you , get out of toxic relationship, forgive yourself and make better decisions-these are all great practices we can delve into now.Smile often, hug more, cultivate a positive mindset, be a littl less criritcal, distance yourself from negative energy and channel your vibrations, be sure before you say YES, be comfortable with saying NO, stop projecting, meditate, yoga, matcha tea, cleanse your body and mind, BBL Botox or not it's your body, do more traveling, treat yourself, spend time with your self, be confident, listen to enriching  podcasts and be a little less critical. My number one goal is to be intntional all next year and not lose sight of my dreams -I hope that is the case for everyone of my readers. LOVE YOU AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
