ENERGY

ENERGY
Time is our most valuable asset-Jim Rohn

We dedicate alot of energy catering to things that aren't nourishing for our spirit and soul. Our vibrations are constantly thrown off by our surrounding and we struggle with finding 'SELF' amidst life's chaos. As a single parent, I have come to terms with the fact that my energy can hardly be focused on one thing; I usually offer counsel/support to a friend on the phone as I am making dinner, bathing my kids and simultaneouly sorting out laundry/loading the washers. Moms call it multi-tasking and I have gotten great at it. Sometimes I can feel the tension in my neck from all the exertion and energy loss but it is part of maintaining healthy frienships/relationaships-we need to be there for each other. The issue becomes when we give all the energy we possiby can and hardly get it in return or we find ourselves on the hurting end and somehow there isn't anyone available to offer us counsel/support. Throughout my growth journey I have understood my personality type and characteristics of my zodiac sign #aquarius and the commonality is that I am full of LOVE and ready to give out as much of it as possible but I sometimes find myself on the deficient end. I think women in general experience this lack- we give to our children, partners, friends, groups, churches etc but when we express our need for more affection/attention it is interpreted as being too emotional or weak.HONEY I am here to say there is no such thing. Boundaries are hard to eatablish even in the closest relationships but I  know that it is important to receive the same amount of positive energy and vibrations that we put out to the universe and if we do not get the same in return, then it may be time to evaluate our frienships/relationships. So I wish all the good vibrations and energy to my readers this week and an abundance of LOVE. Do not keep pouring out and getting minimal or nothing in return-save it for the relationships that deserve it-LOVE YOU xoxo
