As the year comes to an end and the new year approaches, we begin annotating all our resolutions in anticipation of JAN 1. But what if we end the last 60days of the year with intentionality? Let's say you plan on running your first marathon and you are prepared to start training in Jan 2023, why not slowly start running now and allow your brain to work under less pressure. I think most of us fail to conitnue the pursuit of our new years resolutions because we wait until 1 Jan and build up all this tension then when we miss a day we end up extremely dissapointed and ultimately give up. But I belive that if we begin practicing our new habits and manifestations the last 60-90days of the previous year, we would've built an intentional routine that will effortlessly carry over into the new year. One of 2023 manifestations is to run my first marathon, as such I will begin progressively running the last 60days of 2022 without putting pressure on myself and without hating the process. Another manifestation is to create healthier frienships/relationships as such I will begin paying close attention to the friends that I spend most of my time with and how edifying they are for my vibrations. The goal is to pick a goal for the new year now, and begin working on it in small increments.
