THE WHOLE

THE WHOLE
no bad parts just parts

In my journey to redefine, rebuild and recreate my soul, I have found one thing I know for sure- my whole. Understanding who we are all of the parts, not only the 'good' features but all of our quirks, struggles, complicated feelings, weaknesses, etc., and then fully embracing SELF. Trauma can easily affect how well we react or respond to a circumstance. However, we should embrace our uniqueness to heal those hurt parts. Our indifference, jealousy, insecurities, and understanding make us unique and whole. Instead of ignoring and suppressing how we feel, communicate those complicated feelings, and in an ideal situation, a person who is also wholesome and sees you at a much deeper level will be receptive and reciprocate communication more healthily. My next manifestation is the power to understand who I am and the grace to be kind to myself as I navigate my healing. Our feelings of insufficiency are not a form of self-grace. They are destructive. We need to walk into 2023 confidently, embracing our whole self; the weight, the wrinkles, the worries, hurt, insecurity, pain, passion, love, blessings, sexuality, talents, everything. Put it on paper and sit with those words that define you as a unique person, not what people think of you, just the authentic genuine you. Once you understand yourself, you can start to love them and allow others to know who you are without feeling the need to metastasize into someone new.

Mantra: I am perfect just the way I am -I am perfect, and my insecurities tell a story that not everyone deserves to witness. I will continue evolving and growing and trust the process.
